Throughout the 1990’s and 2000’s the continued acquisition and centralization from global corporate companies reduced their capacity in rural Canada and as a substandard customer experience started to become more commonplace.

Nelson Stowe (30 years marketing experience) and Clint Hunt (20 year service experience) decided to start a new copier dealership in 2003 that would be focused on rural Northern British Columbia and Northern Alberta. Through hard work and a strong commitment to service we have built our service capacity to 11 service personal in the northern regions and three rural warehouses for parts, supplies and service loaners with the right vehicles (4x4/Cargo vans) and tools that give our technicians the ability to be the very best. Our customers have noticed.
