We have Supply Warehouses located in Fort St. John, Smithers and Terrace and can also source from Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto when required.

Guaranteed Repair of Product and Replacement of Faulty Products
Ideal OS will provide a complete satisfaction warranty while equipment is under service contract. If we cannot repair your system in a reasonable time or to your satisfaction, it will be replaced with an equal or better product at no additional expense to you, the customer.
